No mobile phone use inside of the office. No work certificate or job letter provide in company or management side. Completely waste on time .. if choose the chennai silks job .. No holiday leave provide, No increment at 6months or some basic days ( HR say based on working but no benifit at the joining time to job resign time) No 2ork certificate provide. If provide the certificate is its just typing A4 sheet not validate for other companies.. now my friend struggling with this type of letter and also other company verification is not satisfied ... Totally time waste .. future gali Note : some festival time your job maybe salesman or saleswoman Uniform also given enjoy.

This company hold your orginal certificate Hold 10 days salary of 1st month, not sure where it's returnable No job security (termnite the people with out any reason) Many penalties for unwanted reasons. Poor work culture No freedom of work My experience or advices,if you have any self respect don't join here. Better they may change their name is "The Penalty silks" instead of "The Chennai Silks"

In some departments, the people who are placed in the leadership role are right in getting the job, but the other people in their team do not interact with the female co-workers with the right intention and do not question them, instead they plan with the wrong people to remove the affected woman from the job. As a result, women's credibility on the entire company decreases.MD is a supporter of women, but some of these political habits are unknown to MD. If they think they will be found out, they will tell the people who are in big responsibility and threaten them. What I mean by this is that if any women are under depression and pressure from the people working with them, the MD should make a way to meet them directly or indirectly without any fear.
