This company hold your orginal certificate Hold 10 days salary of 1st month, not sure where it's returnable No job security (termnite the people with out any reason) Many penalties for unwanted reasons. If they think they will be found out, they will tell the people who are in big responsibility and threaten them. What I mean by this is that if any women are under depression and pressure from the people working with them, the MD should make a way to meet them directly or indirectly without any fear.
