The only thing which is good here is they give good salary and Comms

Dislikes

Micro management. Unrealistic expectations. Being partial to some employees in the company for their own personal reasons. Management is good at lying, does not believe in the concept of transparency.

Company culture, and zero job security.. You can see your last date on the first date of joining No HR who can HELP you in anyway. Lying and keeping the clients in dark. The only thing working for them is the fact that it’s an Australian company and that might help them build credibility.

it's just a startup to start your career that's it.

No Work culture, only politics, Even the company owner deducts your incentive without any reason. no personal, no professional growth, no work hierarchy, they think people must be boot lickers, but every employee is not the same. if you resign from this company they do not allow you to serve a notice period, even they do not pay you a notice period salary, not an incentive for what you earned.
