The environment which was very friendly, small team means we were close knit and job satisfaction is quite well when everything about the given task is going all well

Dislikes

The higher authority can get too personal and can be very insulting if some obstacles come in way which may take a certain time to overcome. Also the small hierarchy structure means you sometimes have to help out on projects of completely different field and will be bashed on if you fail to do the said given task

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
