You are treated like a paid slave by Your boss. It is one man company. no technical or any career growth . All consultants are very slow to consult u because of company non professionalism with consultants. Market value is very bad. No reward for your good work but bad behave for your mistakes. Sweet poison is given to u when company face trouble.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
