The working environment of CHMCH is really good. All the staffs are helpful and co-operative. There are large number of patients whom I can treat and learn Homoeopathy better.

During covid situation PPE kit cannot be supplied properly n hence out patient dept has to be clised.

Asia's oldest Homoeopathic hospital...treating the patient as a whole with gentle way...most of the time experiencing classical prescriptions... colligue are helpful and good work culture.

Learning programmes, seminars for doctors are seldom organised... updating with recent research works are less...sometime experiencing messy duty roasters...

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
