...eering. I have work experience of 4 years in engineering college in Hyderabad. As per my expectations salary is very less that is 2.4 lakhs per annum.So i request to the management of the British institute for salary hike. Salary increment should be done atleast by 30 percent of the salary every year

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
