1. At times I felt more priority was given to Malayalees 2. Management should have an open channel for any type of discussion with teachers. 3. There is no culture of having an exit interview of any employee.

Good work environment with good infrastructure and the pay is also satisfactory

Dislikes

There is lots of politics going on and the management is also little partial towards it and there is no way of Career growth.

Likes

It's a great organization to learn. You get good recognition and deserving candidates get good growth. Sky is the limit if you are ready to work here. I am only leaving since it's very far from my place and getting difficult to continue.

Dislikes

No transport and childcare.
