good work Environment and culture. Teammates are Supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Management issues and unnecessary work pressure given . They don’t work on feedback given to them for betterment of the company. Not a like to fulfill the customer demand in terms of brand availability and launch or come up with those brands which customer never heard off.

Salary concern of variable pay need to stop soon as that makes big loss for us towards our efforts .....bcz they plan incentive structure also which we will earn on target achievement only but here we are facing issue for variable pay + incentive too on target achievement condition apply

Previously I worked in U. S polo brand I Learned how many Fits.... When I joined in the Body shop Brand I Learned a lot of skills & learn how to attend a skincare this Experience is really Good... Company policies is really Good compared to the other brands... Thanks to the HR Management to giving me a opportunity to work with the company... Thanks a lot...

Some of the people in the higher management are really very supportive. Gave us a fair hike in our salaries, recently.

...alary was not so good decision. It was good when we use to get it during Diwali. Salary hike was decent but career growth is a bit slow.
