...own knowledge. No disturbance given by calicks around. Teammates are supportive. salary hike is good.

Management is not so transparent. facilities like PF ESIC not available. No paid leaves given by company. Holidays given by company is too less. No facilities of child care policies for womens.0% Salary in the covid pandemic situation too.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
