They're pathetic unprofessional people. They called me twice for the interview. Discussed CTC & joining date. Post that when I asked for offer letter, they told me they've shortlisted another person on a lesser CTC. Such a cheap organization! Cheapest people.

Being able to work in a team and delegate tasks and moreover a broad hearted and helping person.
