Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Company does not give service charge no salary at time some time they give salary after 2 month very terrible experience no one to look after the staff no one lisen to staff very poor management. They also dont credit PF on staff account many problems with compay i truly say that pls dont join this company

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Only one thing after doing a good business by achieving targets, y cafe was in loss i doesn't get my 8 months sc after I played a leading roll there was wrong in cafe I guess cafe should make a honest team.
