...ans, they want to fill next year bond from the employee after the pervious bond. If condition matched then they give hike otherwise you can work with existing salary. >> Hike is not matched with industry standards so that employee has to give resignation. >> If employee don't want to fill notice period & want to leave immediate even he is agreed to give cheque amount as per notice period month then that time company don't want money & they just want notice period month so employee can work for that period of time. I know notice period is compulsory but notice period should be two way settlements (either pay or fill the notice period) Even no information about notice period in appoinment letter. That is main issue even they are forced to fill notice period, otherwise they don't provide your experience letter & last salary slips. It is unethical all informations are given by ex employee of that organisation. I recommed that try with another company which has good environment except this company.

Due to this Covid-19 where other companies are giving advances to their employees here, The Basics Digital Solutions were deducting salary but the salary was not issuing we also understand the situation but in this case, the employer should be polite and soft with their employee but here the director talks with his employees like:"tera kya hai tu bata tera target kitna hua", " business to lana padega teko fir tu dekhle k see karegi nhi to teko nikal denge. this is not the way to talk with anybody even with your children so how can you communicate like this Mr. Aniket Goyal.If you are on the position of Director level you should be respectful for employees and you should not interfere with HR`s work if you want to do HR`s work then why you guys keeping HR in office. They are such cheaters i worked in this company or 3 years they used to cheat with their employees and even with their clients.

It was a awesome experience in the company. I have learned lots of things from the company. Atmosphere was so familiar. Team was so cooperative. Company provides growth very good according to performance.
