APDs-aim and moto for the growth towards disable people , its a great feeling to work with such a amazing organisation.

Dislikes

Unqualified and incompetent people in are working as district coordinators,Managers and even Director. Unnecessary meetings, without proper plan and implementation and more over no appreciation and all are credit stealer.

As organization it is meant to server needy people. Special needy are approachable here for their needs

Bad politics , hence bad work culture Hypocrisy in management level. Difficult to manage for people use the national language.

All members are there very humble parson and helping and intelligent peoples and I am very happy to do work. All rules are excellent

Yes,because Nex opportunity not giving to me I am physically disability so disability sector there first preference me sir I surch job because need and responsibility

No support from Team members, no effective training to staffs., job security is comparatively less, no career growth, no correct salary / appraisal, fully politics, no learning opportunities, inadequate work environment, no opportunity to work using innovative skills, better work life balance but phone calls remain same regarding work. So not a good place to work here.
