We all work as an empathetic Family. Like all other NGO Jobs, the job security is not guaranteed. The policies are in line with the Government policies in my area, but it gives a degree of independence to carry out ones task according to the General policies in developed countries.

Dislikes

There is some sort of Politics, and our issues linger before being addressed. Salary is decent but can also improve as times do change and need for increment, career growth is slow and hardly are there Job trainings, no extra benefit just pension. I believe more can be done.
