As an employee at the company for a considerable period of time, I feel compelled to express my concerns regarding the lack of discipline among certain employees. While the company has fostered a positive and flexible work culture, it seems that some individuals have taken advantage of this freedom, resulting in a setback to the overall progress and productivity of the organization.

Likes

AEC is a good platform for everyone's growth. Compared to other companies of same industry it has a calm, happy work environment. Time to time work appreciations are there, teams and seniors are supportive.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike, but sure management needs to work on team bonding.

If you want to explore your dimensions work with The AEC Associates, Noida. The Director is very supportive and even the team, it was a great time working with them. I thank Mrs. Shalini Kaushal (Director) to trust me and let me experiment with the work to accomplish it my way. Going to office was fun here, I loved the work and the way they respected my efforts.

Dislikes

Since nothing is perfect, there were little things that annoyed me but that is fine when you think being in their shoes.
