1. Management approach 2. Over systems but followed top to bottom level 3. Very stringent KPI 4. No body hear about your views 5. Work pressure and customer pressure we can Handel but external pressure or unwanted pressure they are giving, and we can't handle. 6. Poor planning in top to bottom 7. HR policy is very poor 8. Top level using words we can't hear. 9. Totally worst organization. 6.

The only benefit in Acetech is job security , terrible company policies and appraisals.

Dislikes

You can learn a lot during the job but when in comes to working hours you've to be ready to work for minimim 10 hrs daily unless you're in non engineering departments.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
