The students are amazing.

Worked there for 2 years and was treated like.....I don't have words. The new principal doesn't show any respect, the HR never works in the favour of the employees even if they are sincere, The pay is poor, you are forced to work on weekends as well you aren't compensated for it. The only thing you can learn is how to work under pressure constantly. The previous year I worked under a head who constantly pressurised me to the point where I cried every day and almost every employee under her quit I took the issue to HR they handed me a warning and almost gave me a termination letter. My mental health declined so badly, that I had to quit this is not even half of what I went through think before you start.

Schools' working conditions are very good. The academy school is good for the child's overall progress. The school follows CCE Finland modules where children can learn with happiness.

The students and the parents are amazing, they are wise they will understand your situation. Not the principal or the hr they are baised.

The work culture is very unbalanced they keep any weekend working call you on Sundays and will keep it compulsory working. Trip for far away are announced and its compulsory for ever.

Earlier everything was nice about this school but can't say anything now after mrs. Indira Ramchandran has taken over

It was very good earlier with the previous principal. But the new principal Mrs. INDIRA RAMCHANDRAN is a big nuisance and barrier between the school and children's development. Firstly she doesn't trust any teacher and puts them down. She insults the teachers and is totally rude towards the students and teachers. She has her favorites and is very good to them rest others are mistreated. The teachers and students both are not happy with her way of managing the school. It is a very bad place to work in.
