Not writing this out of any anger, but very very bad decision to join this this company. They do not respect their staff at all. They treat their staff like gulams.

Dislikes

Not a good place to work. If you want stable job, guaranteed salary and good career on a long run, better not fall for their fancy words. They sell dreams at the time of interview but full bakwas afterwards. They will trick you to stay in their company, but even trying for 3 months is waste of time. But ya, if you want to take risk and try, then your call. But they are very very crazy people. Nothing to learn here. No future after this job. Do not waste your life at this place.

The office space is nice with good interiors. One will get exposure to various aspects if you work here.

... out making way to lot of errors which then will have to be borne by employees They say "call of duty" and will make you work at odd hours without any extra pay or benifit. The job roles are very unclear. Manager will be doing office boy jobs one day and then event executive if they want or makeup for bride another day. Basically, everyone has to do everything as per MDs mood and instructions. There is no job guarantee at all. Lot of unethical services are provided to rich clients which employees expected to maintain a confidentiality about. They attract candidates initially with sweet talk and fat package but will make you work 300% more than that including sunday. Leaves and holidays are totally on petsonal descrtion of md n biased. Overall, no employee so far has stayed here more than 6 months on an average other than the management themselves. You can verify all of the above if you want before joining.

I received an in depth travel industry and destination knowledge in the short time I worked at The Absolute Journey It's a great place to begin your career because you get to learn first hand from MDs and really hone your skills The nature of the work is challenging and its this very characteristic that makes you pick up a lot on the job and really learn from experience, there's not a day your work get's monotonous because everyday you work on a new destination.

Dislikes

Fast- paced and high pressure environment, which may not be suitable for everyone as this role involves managing real- time logistics for discerning clients, requiring adaptability, quick thinking, and a calm demeanor under pressure. sometimes the job requires you to work on weekends(your personal time) and the line between work - life balance becomes blurred.
