The office space is nice with good interiors. One will get exposure to various aspects if you work here.

Dislikes

As it a startup with husband and wife as the owners and MDs, the company policies change over night as per their fancies Work proceedure is still not figured out making way to lot of errors which then will have to be borne by employees They say "call of duty" and will make you work at odd hours without any extra pay or benifit. Thejob roles are very unclear. Manager will be doing office boy jobs one day and then event executive if they want or makeup for bride another day. Basically, everyone has to do everything as per MDs mood and instructions. There is no job guarantee at all. Lot of unethical services are provided to rich clients which employees expected to maintain a confidentiality about. They attract candidates initially with sweet talk and fat package but will make you work 300% more than that including sunday. Leaves and holidays are totally on petsonal descrtion of md n biased. Overall, no employee so far has stayed here more than 6 months on an average other than the management themselves. You can verify all of the above if you want before joining....Read More

Work Details

Super hectic. Can never think of having a personal life at all. Management is very inquisitive about all personal aspects. Very unclear environment for anyonecto learn or grow. Micro monitering by MD. MD has to be treated like "God" here. Total bossism.
