Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The night manager was good and kind,able to handle the critical situation easily.

Dislikes

They don't switch on the AC for the night workers. There is very less options those who are working in night shift as compared to the morning shift. And infact many supervisor will abuse you to do work ASAP as per the order flow.

The best part is working with sr.officers. training is good which takes u to next level. Job security is 99% safe as it is part of Yes bank.

Dislikes

The management level of outlet. Manager do not have value of positions. Which is why i have to take back my suggestions. Hiring non experience candidates for team. 1 is fine bt bunch of stupids. Its a opening for new outlet. Need to understand.
