Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Some co workers were good

Dislikes

They do not value your work, pay you less and try make the most of it by paying you less. They did not give me a recommendation letter and certificate after I finished my work here. I asked many times to the HR but they did not send me anything. They are not very professional at their work and they should learn to value the work of their team members and at least give them what they deserve
