mad owner illiterate manager (8th pass) no proper work process you have to create only 100+ backlinks per day for seo and for content writing team leader says you have to write 10000 words per day using ai tool because company providing ai seo. unnecessary work pressure no fixed working time office entry timing is 10:00am but office leaving timing is depends on manager's mood. no work life balance nothing skill development opportunity every month management took feedback from employees but no one can tell the truth. owner can fire you any time he want. no job security no leave policy, leave approval depends on illiterate manager's mood. in joining letter they will show 24 leaves per year, but that is only in dreams. they don't give you any leaves. no increment after completing one year in this company.

...s you International trip once a year which I took part twice since last 2 years. Salary is on time. Additional PF, ESI, OT facilities are available. The manager is very cooperative and friendly in behavior with the colleagues.

The only good thing is you will receive your salary on the 1st. My colleagues were good though.

1. There is no job security, Any day can be the last working day. Yes, some cases were for performance but that's rare, they will give you stupid excuses and will tell you to resign. 2. If you are in SEO, you will never learn the actual work, you will only learn how to make a bunch of reports to just show off to the clients that we are doing a lot of work. The actual work is 0. 3. They will never evaluate your work properly because the management doesn't have any knowledge. 4. If you want to be in hell and have no career growth, no ultimate knowledge and learning you can join them, be a part of the circus.

Work life balance, weekends fixed off, good work culture, no biasness, fixed holiday excursions, good salary packages, employees are free and abided by the rules and regulations of the company, good timings and management tolerations.

Dislikes

Strict timigs, cafeteria is small, lacuna of positions created, small office space.

Work culture and colleagues are good and cooperative. Plenty of learning opportunities for the newbies. Lucrative benefits including foreign trip, long vacation are there.

Dislikes

Salary structure as per industry standards. Management is playing a good role above all.
