Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

They get good companies as clients

Dislikes

They fire anyone anytime without any logical reason, they made us work everyday including weekend’s didn’t offered bonus or at-least appreciated it, moreover when you ask for your salary they’ll make you feel that you’re worthless you don’t do any work and they’re doing favour by hiring you, very toxic

They have a some good client portfolio.

Dislikes

This company is a nightmare to work for. The management is inexperienced to handle a team and quite arrogant. They hire and fire people on a whim, creating a culture of fear and instability. Instead of offering support, they humiliate you for mistakes and impose unreasonable demands with no respect for work-life balance. And to top this off they frequently delay salaries, adding financial stress. The toxic atmosphere and poor leadership make this a place to avoid at all costs.
