Likes

They're not supportive but will have their work done and have the employee leave the organization finding flaws. They have no policies in place so the employee have no choice but leave that's the least you can expect from a proprietership firm.

No transperancy, no policies, each employee have their own rules and the Proprietor isn't supportive but makes demands from certain employees.
