He has a communal look and favours the one who toes his line.. Increments are given only to them. The CEO is the most arrogant I have come accross He does not listen to any of the grivenc of the employees. That is why most of the talented people have left. IT also prefers employees Who carry tales on others. Please be natural channel so that the camera crew doesn't get assaulted in the locations.Only the Reporter's are given more importance than the cameramen . The main man in the centre of the action is the cameraman The visuals do the talking the reporters are just an excess baggage. I am writing this because I have worked for NATIONAL and International News agencies. Are issues are not properly addresesed We are looked upon by suspicion.
