Job security - Cloud OTA is worst project, nobody knows anything but expectations would be like you have to do everything. The one who knows won’t tell you anything. Learning- migration work from old legacy to so called Cloud. You won’t do anything new just some line of codes, no cloud exposure. No new tech. Politics - “Ek_bihar_sab_pe_bhari” So if you want to survive keep good terms with this guy.

Thales is one of those companes which really has moved rigourously from On prem to public clouds. You can find good projects as per your Line of Business. Being a DevOps Engineer in central team, I can say growth is good, even for the ones working in other BLs. U can consider staying here if u get a good offer and your profile is good, plus if you don't need things like childcare, remote work

...not to break things. Compensation is around 10-15% less than market average. If u get hired on a good salary from start then its cool. Cab facility is paid. They still couldn't start a Cafe in Noida. Cafe in bangalore and gurgaon is okay.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
