Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Thalassemia and sickel cell society is a very good organization for Thalassemic children, but the hospital CEO Dr. SUMAN JAIN she is very dangerous lady without shouting she won't enter into the hospital meanwhile she will spoil entire hospital harmony. No holidays will be provided, even Sundays are considered as leave when someone choose to have Sunday as week off.
