In Previous Years the company culture , working Enviornment, and Work life balance every thing was superb because of Outstanding leadership of top management HOD's and Managing Director. The company became a brand in it self in the field of CNG City gas distribution Project. There was huge opportunity to learn and growth and Company maintain it's Standard in CNG field.

Dislikes

But the current scenario is just opposite to previous because change in top management, they don't have any leadership or vision to run a team or an organization. If you working in TGT you will easily get a warning letter for even 1 min. Late.
