Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing positive is there. Horrible place to work.

Dislikes

Too much negatives. Unwanted politics, no employee benefits, no skill development, no learning, no work life balance. People working here are puppets, they are not allowed to take a small decision. management is cheating employee and government. They don't have a HR policies. If you ask your weekly off, management will think that we are asking for favours. If you ask your rights, u will be cornered immediately.
