...le, there is no balance to anything. 10 days of work is expected in 2 days time. No salary, appraisals, bonuses, compensation for overtime which is a staple. You get scolded and taunted for leaving on time even when finishing the tasks in time. Even on weekends you get calls and texts about updates. So no, this was not a good place to work at all.

...es. HR is such a cunning woman, never thought being a woman need no sense. Salary is too low. They give false hopes that salary will hike but then it’s all fake. No salary hike, no learning, no positive atmosphere nothing. Don’t join here to ruin your overall career.

A lot is there to dislike. No salary hike, no positive atmosphere, no one is friendly, hike of politics and toxicity . HR is only good with those who sticks around her all the time. Gossiping is their expertise . Don’t fall for their job hirings if you don’t want to ruin your mental stability.

There are lot of things to write that can not be written here but still The management donsent know who is the real gem and hardworking employee and the increament is provided to only the chamchas The real gem is alwas hidden and who ever has left the company has got the better and deserving job than this organization the Management treats the employees as gulam and not as employee No employee can leave even after the shift time is over untilll there manager allowes them to leave No benifits of working here and this is the exact company that you see on reels that will call you on the weekends and ask you to work full day wit no OT so please dont join here its my request to you
