1. They manage to pay the salary on time irrespective of the business condition. Should appreciate this gesture by the promoters.
2. Location of office is convenient - as it doesn't require much commuting.
3. Afternoon shift so one can handle one's personal errands and then go to work.
1. Promoters don't know anything about this line of business.
2. Toxic work culture - micro-management by promoters in everyday acitivities.
3. Promoters don't even ask the really important questions to the teachers working here.
4. Pay scale is average and very few appraisals done.
5. Nepotism - promoter has placed incapable but convenient people at positions of authority. Its a nuisance to work with them.
1. They pay on salary on timely basis
2. Office toilet clean regularly sometimes
3. Good pay appraisal is given in 2019 but not in 2020, 2021, 2022

...g given are some suggestions humbly for improvement of the company operating:
1. They love to keep reminding you that they paid salary on time whereas in many companies outside they don't pay. What is this? Is the employees not working for you to pay the salary?
2. During Coronavirus period, company forced to give work from home. At the time company promoter ask all the teachers to input 10 hours/day of work into their productivity report meaning you work for 10 hours or more per day only then you can stay in the company.
3. Company promoter no knowledge of JEE/NEET teaching but like to do managing of daily activities of teachers. You do the conclusion what will happen in this situation.
4. If HOD / Manager friendly / sympathy towards the team members, then company promoter think it is weakness/fraud of the HOD. So this is not nice place to work.
5. Company promoter NEVER ask the critical questions for success of the Organisation. Asking only silly questions like - why productivity report not submit, why taking 2 days leave, why coming late, gossiping about other people. This is not good for bright future of organisation.
... operational only for the last 1.5 years and no one has been forced out yet.
3. Salary is median but it's always disbursed on time.
4. Decent appraisals are awarded for good performance.
5. If you work on week-offs, you get to enjoy C-offs.
6. Free snacks facility in evening for employees working late.
7. Shift timings are slightly flexible and one can avail early go/late entry twice a month.
1. Office is very cramped and there's no proper ventilation amd zero sunlight. About 20 people work in a Mezzanine office of ~1000 sq.ft.
2. Both males and females have to use a public toilet outside the premises.
3. There's no proper place to have meals and tea/coffee breaks.
4. There is a fair amount of nepotism here.
5. Management makes sudden and ill-considered decisions causing inconvenience to the team.
6. Appraisal process is not transparent and employee participation in it is not allowed.
7. There is no WFH facility in case not able to reach office.
