What I like about this company is that everyone is friendly and encouraging. Good place to start the career. It used to have lots of cultural activities. They provide one wfh per week. We can learn more in this environment. Flexible working hours. Well experienced mentors.

Male employees receive little to no respect, and nearly 80% of the workforce is idle on the bench. There's a complete lack of work-life balance. Overall, the company offers no job satisfaction and has one of the worst workplace cultures

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
