...out enquiry of this company, after joining I faced that what is actual prblms 1. Salary deduction like pf, bonus and never will be credits in your pf account, and no proof of that deduction, no increments more than 2 years who are working, no bank will give u loan because there is no proof tds, I suggest if u have no job then u can approach either not, once u joined then any new company will not offer if thay don't look in ur salry slip

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.they give good salary

the management has no transparent. There is a no huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. No Company policies , no appraisals.

Really nothing. Dont waste your career by joining here.. 3 months notice period with no benefit for employees

Salary comes very late in month. TDS will not be paid . No yearly appraisal. No proper food facility. No increments and promotions. Six days a week work.Production also not going good. Not worth joining the company.

Worst company without benefits,worst hr policies,very terrible to work here,total 180 employees are there every employee is having different salary structures,2 HR Fat fellows are there they don’t know what’s going in company.8 years completed single product also not went outside..so many things are there to say but I don’t have energy to type..

It’s a growing company with skilled and experienced people on board. Therefore it provides lot of learning, knowledge platform. Being a start-up company job security is always a concern but those who are performing and giving 100% are getting recognised.

Salary and compensation on time is yet to be regularised which will take 2-3 months more once our receivable will come in hand.
