I have learnt lot of things from my own team..... unless its average exp.

Dislikes

they pay very less whether you have a lot of work loads. learning/ education ,employee training activity required more. unless it was good experience for me to learn from my own team.

Likes

Nothing at all. There is no work life balance. Bosses are not great either. Everything is decided by the VP. She basically is the boss. If she doesn’t like you be sure you will be out of the company.

Dislikes

The team mates are great but there is no job security. There is so much politics and the VP is the one who you have to keep happy. If she doesn’t like you you are out. There is no work life balance at all.

Poor team work. learning and growth is not that much level and work-life balance is good

For small matters also politics and no equal share or standard norms at yearly increments..very poor in HR activities
