1. Team Manager does not stand for the team members. 2. Colleagues are not helping. 3. A lot of Micro management going on. 4. Have to take permission for your own holidays. 4. No Work-Life balance. They ask to work in on weekends. 5. Marketing team is more favoured by the management than other teams. 6. Marketing teams do not understand a proper schedule of work, they want people to work 24*7. 7. Unnecessary daily meetings which waste valuable time and people are then bound to work late hours because of it. 8. There was a fixed time to come to office but not to go back home.

A person working with Texperts will learn the actual meaning of ethics, integrity, values & respects. Unbelievable people I have seen in texperts, a dream come true to work on texperts. It feels like home and my salute to all the board of directors

With the kind of buisness they are involved, there is opportunity to learn and grow.

Dislikes

They managed to get me previous review deleted from this platform rather than improving, imagine working and expressing yourself at such place. So i am here again to make sure people know about this too. Cons : 1) Hidden HR policies, if you are coming from corporate type organizations , you better be clear with policies before joining. 2) Unclear Medical policies 3) Management lacks decision taking abilities and junior fellas has to bear the results, if you don't, you are incompatible to the job. So 4) Lastly you need to know that there are 2 founders, younger one is egoistic and full of himself. When he speaks you only listen, no talks. You need to know this only in case you are working in his department, and plan to survive there long enough otherwise ignore.

Best part about working at here is the colleagues, here everyone believes in knowledge sharing and uplifting each other in every possible way. There is no politics like other organisation. For the first time in my career of 14 years I have seen HR so helpful towards employees. The management is also caring and understanding, at the same time they ensure that work is done properly and effectively.

I like the platform they provide and allow to explore you to the fullest possible potential and one of the best thing is there is no internal politics or anything like that .

Less focus on work life balance and growth is a bit slow considering the market situation and the amount of work load a person carries .
