...nagement. ✓Worst company culture. ✓No social security/medical facilities. ✓Poorest pay structure in the industry. ✓Worst appraisal process, with HR nearly having no role to play. ✓Nepotism practiced at its best for boot-lickers and a certain community from the far west, out of West Bengal. ✓Most suited for retired retainers at meagre monthly pay.

On time salary & Job security.

Dislikes

Almost everything, salary growth is low, culture is average, dusty environment, infrastructure average, no good "training" facility. Employees have to work even in the sundays, without OT payment. Forgot about duty timings, employees should work 12-14 hours in production. Poor management.

Good work culture. All employees are so helpful. Management are good. Huge scope for learning. You can balance between work life and professional life.
