... receiving appreciation multiple times, I was let go without proper explanation. There were also instances where promises made for salary negotiations were not fulfilled. Joan told me "You are like my children and I want you to grow with company" but at the time of my salary Increment they did this. HR had done the FNF settlement so suddenly that he didn't even provide me sufficient time to go through the policies and laws. I believe there were breaches of labor laws during the termination process. Earlier I was not sure about what HR was doing to delete negetive reviews but I have the proof now. I'm open to sharing evidence to support my claims if needed." I haven't received any reply to my emails Now the Indian Labour court will make the decision.

At the end special thanks to our CEO Neil Sir for such an incredible opportunity.

There is nothing to like as such, just people there act fancy. Although they are not, it's terrible.

My time at Texala was nothing short of disappointing and disheartening. The company's culture was toxic, creating an environment filled with stress, fear, and constant surveillance. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt like I was under a microscope, with every word and action. Communication was restricted, and open discussions were discouraged. Employees were not allowed to freely express their opinions or concerns, which led to a lack of teamwork and a stifling work atmosphere. The management's decision to record conversations and monitor employees only added to the sense of unease and mistrust. Furthermore, the treatment of female employees at Texala was particularly disturbing. Inappropriate comments and remarks were unfortunately common, making women feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and has no place in any professional setting. In addition to the toxic work environment, there was little consideration for work-life balance. Employees were not given sufficient breaks or free time, which led to burnout and a decline in overall well-being. The company's disregard for the well-being of its employees was evident, and this lack of care and empathy only fueled the negative atmosphere. Overall, my experience at Texala was one of constant stress, discrimination, and a complete disregard for the well-being of its employees. I would strongly caution anyone considering employment at this company to think twice and explore other opportunities that value their employees' mental and emotional well-being. Also, you will not find any career growth, if you try to speak for yourself and express your opinion strict action can be taken or you might just get thrown out. This review is based on personal experiences and may not represent the experiences of all employees at Texala.

The company's HR department seems to be engrossed in a web of dirty politics. Instead of fostering a fair and transparent work environment, they appear to be more interested in office politics, creating a toxic atmosphere that undermines professionalism. Proceed with caution if you value a workplace free from manipulative tactics and internal strife. Please don't join this company even they are giving you 200% hike . Because after 3-6 month they will fire you reason will be very simple "We are doing layoff"

Title: Warning to Job Seekers: Unprofessional Conduct at Texala India Pvt. Ltd. As a former employee of Texala India Pvt. Ltd., I feel compelled to share my experience with Mr. Deepak Bharadwaj, the HR representative. Unfortunately, my time at Texala was ruined by extreme favoritism, unprofessional behavior, and a toxic work environment continued by Mr. Bharadwaj. First and foremost, it's evident that Mr. Bharadwaj plays favorites, particularly with female employees. He not only shows favored treatment towards his favorite female employee but also extends invitations for tea, coffee, and pizza meet-ups outside of company premises exclusively to female staff members. Additionally, he pressures female employees to stay in accommodations suggested by him, often in close proximity to his own residence, which crosses professional boundaries and is completely inappropriate. Moreover, Mr. Bharadwaj engages in dirty office politics, targeting employees he deems as least favorite. He meddles in employees' personal lives, discussing unprofessional and personal matters with others on the floor, creating a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone. One of the most alarming aspects of working at Texala is Mr. Bharadwaj's tendency to change company policies at his convenience, without regard for fairness or transparency. This arbitrary behavior fosters an environment akin to a strict school or hostel, complete with 24x7 CCTV monitoring, which is both intrusive and ridiculous in a professional setting. In conclusion, my time at Texala under Mr. Bharadwaj's management was nothing short of a nightmare. I urge all job seekers to proceed with caution and be wary of the toxic culture perpetuated by Mr. Bharadwaj and his favoritism. Potential employees deserve better than to be subjected to such unprofessional conduct. Note: If Mr. Deepak Bharadwaj is no longer with the company, it could alleviate concerns. However, it's crucial to assess the current company culture and management practices before deciding to join.
