Nothing at all. I went for an interview and met Mr. Vivek Arora (owner), he verbally harassed me. Read google review to get an insight. Please don’t apply.

Dislikes

Unethical behaviour of owner Mr. Vivek Arora. He verbally harassed me during interview and proposed the idea of taking me on dinner prior my joining.

All female candidates please Note - join this organisation at your own risk. I don't found safe.

Dislikes

1- timing - the owner always join office after 4pm n we have to work till 9 pm 2- the owner always talk nonsense, accept work he always discussed personal relationship 3- i found this organisation is not safe for Female candidates. 4- candidates cannot drink tea or coffee more than 2 time in 12 hrs. 5- PPL can't take break even for 2mnts from screen work 6- it is inspired by big boss - cameras are more then employees.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
