Unethical behaviour of owner Mr. Vivek Arora. He verbally harassed me during interview and proposed the idea of taking me on dinner prior my joining.

1- timing - the owner always join office after 4pm n we have to work till 9 pm 2- the owner always talk nonsense, accept work he always discussed personal relationship 3- i found this organisation is not safe for Female candidates. 4- candidates cannot drink tea or coffee more than 2 time in 12 hrs. 5- PPL can't take break even for 2mnts from screen work 6- it is inspired by big boss - cameras are more then employees.

Actually enjoying my job every day I love little bit of everything- the planning,the communication with vendor, speaker and sponsors, the creative aspects, the cyclical nature of the job, and my co-workers
