Its well cultured company, Opportunities for learning are unlimited. Customer facing profiles has a lot of freedom with responsibility and great learnings. Customer value the Tetra Pak’s product, machine, quality and services. Internal support system is amazing.

Promotion are non untill you apply for new roll. Salary increament is very low across company. Very specific expertise to role not related to market trends and skills

Tetra Pak is Swedish company formed in Sweden. Headquarter is in Switzerland. Very good work culture, they provide good opportunities, salary and promotions.

Nothing as such. I can say as it’s very big corporate company over 150 countries the process is bit lengthy for any task or job.

...ompany and are willing to invest back the earnings in employees and the company. Has a flat organization which has its own advantages - you get good salary increase and full payment of bonuses but your designation remains the same for most of the time in the company. Freedom to switch roles or apply to other roles in Tetra Pak. I think these are some of the primary that most people do not want to leave the company.

Dislikes

Not a typical IT or a consulting company where there is freedom to daily wear business casuals, remote location of the office this is a big challenge when you have switched companies and when your presence in the office is not required if the people you work on a daily basis are based out of Singapore or Europe or USA.

Salary was below the salary level of a customer company offers to the production executive with same years of experience. No benefits of OEM( Original Equipment Manufacturer). 12.Manager and his pets will have all the benefits and perks even when you work with sleepless nights. 13.Over pressure, Blaming, Unsupportive behaviour,Delimited growth and perks ( Not provided health allowance for 1.5 years since manager not mentioned my name on the list to HR) still survived 6 years. There were the few issues i faced. There are a lot more, but dont want to make it as an essay. I heard that the new management in the PSE production centre is good which is formed in the 2022-2023 period. I mentioned over here are the issues prior to that.

...management. High work load. No allowance for extra work. Management is not good. No bonus. Scope of work is not defined. Managers are not good. Very bad place to work.
