A steep learning curve for people who are beginners and want to enhance their technical and soft skills.

Dislikes

Company culture has become worse, termination of employees, less benefits, pay scale lower than average.

Likes

Employees are encouraged to learn and develop themselves. Continous learning at all stages of work. Leadership is approachable and motivating. HR is very good, flexible policies. Lunch reimbursements, broadband reimbursements etc are good.

Dislikes

nothing major. Travel reimbursement to the office can be considered.

Likes

Flat hierarchy, approachable leadership. Quite enthusiastic colleagues. Always push for self improvement along with company goals.

Dislikes

Nothing much on a company level. Some changes in policies like removal of sick Leaves tends to challenge ur personal plans.

Likes

Overall it's good place to learn and grow as a Test engineer, you get to work with some good people around you in the testing domain. People are helpful and they push you to do some good. Lot of learning opportunity and you can try the things your own.
