It is only good for software people. For content there's nothing.

They fool people to get into their organization by saying different things like skill improvement, career growth, salary growth and job that help person to get into good organization. But in reality this is worst, they dosen't let you work by good will, they want you to follow blindly and they dosen't have any structure of salary, management. Even client get fool by their promises. And they say do whatever the client says even it is out of scope. In my experience they removed coffee machine, the AC to reduce their expenses and they scold employees for their electric bill. And moreover they deduct your salary unnecessarily by applying policies which never existed.
