Work satisfaction is good. The culture of the company is really great. As per my experience I love working with testbook company. Even the skill development in me was as expected. The employees are also helpful.

Morning 10 to night 10 more than 13 hours working hours no process follow by the company without any reason any piror information they will terminate any one

Unprofessional manager's If managers think there's no urgent work for you, then there's no real work; otherwise, any task you do is just time-pass. Promotion only if you are polite with managers otherwise, no chance. Even with manageable workloads, you won't be able to take Earned Leave.

.... There is a communication gap and constant blame games between different teams. They make employees work on weekends and don't give them salary comp off for that. When I left, I was entitled to receive comp off for weekend duty, but a few days before I left, they changed the policy and didn't even inform me. When I asked for the comp off at the time of f & f, they said I was not eligible because the policy had been changed. In the beginning, they say something, but as you start working there, they give you a lot of mental stress and harassment as if you are in school. I would not recommend joining testbook if someone wants to work in a healthy and positive work environment.
