No recognition for employees working at client on site, worst management team. This company has many ways to exploit a hard working person for which I would never recommend or refer anyone to join this trap. Promises are never kept from what you have been offered during selection. (When it's already mentioned in offer letter). Appraisal cycles are the worst, they randomly place you under any employee to report regardless of your technical skills. Unnecessary micro management meetings ( off-working hours)

...re you and after 2 months they don’t get client project and tell you to leave. They start reducing your salary with 50% in first month after notice. There is no job security. They are playing with your career.

On service side, we need to work at client locations as contract employee. During team downsizing, clients will terminate contracts of vendors irrespective of performance

Salaries you will get on time. This is not about like, but you need to be from TN to get good scope here else you can read below.

If you don't have project for 3 months you salary will starts getting deducted based on %age (incompetent management) Can't join your client organisation even if you worked 2 yrs before with them. You can't refer Tessolve employees in next company for next 1 year, and during notice period they dictate what you have to do in other words they treat you like you are their contract slave. HR team is horrible I mean literally horrible, apart from posting on organisational social media they don't do any other actual work. Perfect example of modern slavery.

Work environment is like a family, so It got both positives and negatives as you know. All the employees and management persons are friendly and smooth. Career growth depends upon the team and area you are working overall it is good.

Dislikes

Some negatives are salary, compensation and benefits. You can't expect as like an MNC but okish. Work timings are off the charts and no compensation for overtime.
