This company has many ways to exploit a hard working person for which I would never recommend or refer anyone to join this trap. Promises are never kept from what you have been offered during selection. (When it's already mentioned in offer letter). so far nothing to like here beyond usage of resources.

Dislikes

Beyond looking for money, i don't see them doing anything else like IP development, R&D or other usage of resources. They even make it a point to underuse their resources for hourly rating of those resources and overuse their usage in projects.

Tessolve is good company to work, and the managers are working day and night to promote the company manager will treat their employees as their children's... They can help a lot in an project, they even don't put leave for their family function that much sincere they are working one of my friend took leave for her sister marriage they have given 10 days leave, after 10 days he got double promotion, and another one friend just asked medical leave for that they have given some 20 days leave now she got the job in upsc......Read More
