Lots of dislike about company. Not easy to mention all. Zero learning. Zero leadership/ownership. No goals. No company wide meetings. No activity. Heavy Miscommunication. Lack of coordination. Bad Management

We get to work from home and the teams have a dedicated set of tasks which we need to complete.

Dislikes

The HR function needs to be strengthened and a few meet-ups need to be arranged every year so the entire organization is together.

There's nothing that you could like about the organization.

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic neither there is any learning culture. Since it's a bootstrap company there is no job security and stability. If the company gets a resource at a lesser cost, they will fire the existing employee. Work life balance is zero. The after sales for customers is really bad.
