Tesco is Family. Regret being out of it now! If the management was a bit considerate about its team then no one will ever leave Tesco! One awesome place to work and only people who work or worked there will know! Salute to all the values it thought me and grooming me to what I am today! Tesco will always be my momma ki ghar... Few places emotionally attach to u and one such place is Tesco and nobody or no big 4 can replace this...

Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.

There is no jov security,hugh number of layoffs happen in every reqvie especially if you are in GRP or EA Most of the management is toxic here Hike/appraisals are very minimal 3 dats work from office
