Excellent campus, relaxed work environment, huge scope for development and growth, good salary, bonus fairly paid as per performance and very talented management. International Travels were great and employees were really taken good care. Right from the on-boarding process till the exit, everything is managed so well and with so much respect. Salary compensation is not satisfactory for 10 years employee also , manager's politics is very much in Tesco, no career growth for experienced employee at Tesco. No bonus. My over all experience with Tesco was 13 years I did not had good career growth or managers giving me opportunity to promote me lot of politics was played. Due to lack of career growth and salary I left Tesco.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
