...ney after resigning. There were mentioned the amount on the resignation letter. But the field manager didn't pay attention to my problem. I didn't get my money but every employee who gave resignation with me got their money. I mailed in your company before but the company didn't respond and didn't solve my problem.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
